Mechanical locking without adhesive.

When the fastener needs prevailing torque but must come out again — for service, maintenance or repeated assembly — a nylon patch provides the locking alternative to permanent adhesive.

How It Works

A precise patch of engineered nylon.

A controlled patch of nylon is fused onto a defined area of the thread. During assembly it compresses between the mating threads, creating radial pressure and metal-to-metal contact on the opposite flank — prevailing torque, without any chemical cure.
